S H I P P I N G

We ship to 31 countries and regions worldwide, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chinese mainland, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.  When in doubt, please email us at info@cooijewellery.com.  The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by your local customs.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt.

We ship via FedEx or comparable courier service.

Tracking information will be provided via email after your orderis shipped.

Shopping costs will be calculated automatically at check out.

You can create an account or proceed with guest checkout.

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account by checking out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save shipping and billing information, view your order history, and track current orders.

It’s possible if the order has not been shipped.  If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  When in doubt, email us at info@cooijewellery.com.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

R E T U R N & E X C H A N G E S

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used or on-sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@cooijewellery.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to us in Hong Kong at customer's own cost unless it is our error or the product is defective. You will have to
specify the reason for return as well.  

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to return the product.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used or on-sale items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@cooijewellery.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cooijewellery.com.
